I get a pretty great crowd of people here at DeliberatePixel. At the moment, we're still small - but we are smart, creative and discriminating. That's why I personally serve ads from hand-picked sponsors with projects I think will be interesting to DP readers.

If you have a website, blog, podcast, an independently-produced film, album or piece of art, or just a message you want to get out, you can buy some space to crow about it here on DP. As of right now, these are the details:

• Sponsors get a clickable 120x80 (120 pixels wide by 80 pixels high) banner displayed in the sidebar of every page of the site.
• Ads will run for a duration of one month. I will probably add special deals for longer runs, if that seems like something in demand.
• Introductory rate for a month of ads: $12. (Since this whole sponsorship thing is new as of May 2008, these rates will likely go up a bit as we go along, but I will keep them reasonable.)
• Banner ads, if you want to supply your own, can be in the form of .gif, .jpg, .png or .swf, and must be sized to 120x80 pixels. If you would like me to make the graphic for you, there is an extra flat flee of $25, and I can only offer .gif, .jpg or .png formats (sorry, no Flash). I can also do straight text ads.
• Those interested in sponsoring can request details on DeliberatePixel stats. Right now, we're averaging, per month, 1200 unique visitors and 13,500 pageviews.
• I reserve the right to decline to run any ad. This insures DP readers won't be bothered by ads I don't think are worth their time.
• I prefer to accept payment via PayPal. Details can be worked out privately after sponsorship confirmation.
